Facing these threats, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk had to find creative ways to conquer the competition. In addition to improvements and innovations, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk also is doing some Human Resources quality improvements especially in the Sales Force section with consistent and continuous Sales Force Excellence program that can give solutions towards problems faced. It will become the competitive advantage of the company that will be difficult to be followed by the competitors quickly.

On the agenda of the Sales Force Excellence program is Morning Meeting. This meeting program is not only to evaluate and to discuss daily work plans but also relevant and continuous training programs. In “Sales Rally Award Regional” there is always a material knowledge test for the best salesman in every “Sales Operation” or “Main Dealer”, therefore we get great performance salesmen.

Morning Meeting will promote unity for salesmen with the success sharing forum; they will know problems faced by their colleagues and learn from them.  Usually the Morning Meeting sessions are started or ended by shouting the “cheers” or singing motivation songs to increase spirit.

The Marketing Skill Development Team will continue to work hard and increase cooperation with all parties both internally and externally; therefore, the sales force of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk will become capable of giving bigger contributions for the company’s development.
